Queen Latifah was listening to a battle between her contestants. They were singing “Never Enough” from The Greatest Showman. Both of them did so well that each coach was shocked. They praised their battle and could not believe that they did so well. However, Queen Latifah broke her ring in the process. She let them know that they owed her a new one.

“What you just did out there, we are all better for it! Kelly got out of that chair. I literally had to take my ring off because I cracked the stone on here, on one of those notes. I was like, ‘What?!’ So you owe me a ring, but I think you can run me that by winning this show.”

It seems as though Queen Latifah broke the stone on her ring when she slammed her hand down during the performance. This was something she did out of shock. However, it ended up breaking the stone of her ring. So, she told the contestants that they owed her a new ring. However, she made it clear that she thought one of them would win the show and would be able to do that for her.
