Law enforcement is in pursuit of a motorist suspected of being under the influence of drugs and or alcohol Monday night in the San Fernando Valley.
It’s unclear what agency initiated the chase, though both the California Highway Patrol and the L.A. Police Department have been engaged in the pursuit.
Sky5 is overhead.
