Todd Chrisley is back in daddy mode as he is looking to seal Grayson Chrisley’s drug test from his 2022 car accident. The man that Grayson allegedly hit wants access to the results as well as some medical records. However, Daddy Todd is not about that at all and is doing whatever he can to keep them blocked. Grayson Chrisley Is Being Sued For A 2022 Wreck
In November 2022, Grayson Chrisley, who was just 16, was in a car accident in Nashville, Tennessee. He was driving his 2020 Ford 5150 when he rear-ended a man named Patrick Rykwalder. Patrick alleged that Grayson was simply not paying attention. This has been disputed by Grayson, who claimed that he suffered a concussion from the wreck. Photos from the accident show that both parties had severe damage, but Patrick has gone on to sue the Chrisleys.
Moreover, Patrick wants access to Grayson’s records from that night, including his drug test and proof he had a concussion. Yet, Todd is attempting to keep the drug test private so that Patrick cannot get the results. In Patrick’s mind, he feels that the test could help his case. Plus, he thinks that the concussion is a major piece of the puzzle. Unfortunately, it does not look like he will be so successful on his own. Now, his lawyer might be able to obtain the drug test results if they do exist and if they are relevant to the case.
After the accident, Grayson spoke out and said that he was fine, but his truck clearly was not. Julie and Todd Chrisley were locked up two months later. Grayson was then in the custody of his sister, Savannah, who helped to get their parents pardoned in 2025.
Followers Question What Todd Is Hiding
If Grayson Chrisley was not on drugs or under any influence, why is Todd Chrisley blocking the results? The medical records could make some sense, but drug test results are a whole other ballgame. Fans and followers had to question whether Todd was helping his son hide something:
- Doesn’t he have every right to those records if he wasn’t the one at fault. There’s a big difference in an accident and a dwi.
- Todd requested a toxicology exam, not the police or the emergency department???? Hmmmm…. sounds like Todd knew his son was on something. Release the report
- Lol you can block them ,buy only for a while…..sooner are later they can see them
Someone noted that if Grayson had been under the influence, he may have been arrested, which is fair. Yet, no one knows exactly what really went down, especially since he allegedly had a concussion.
