Having a big ego is normal in show business, especially among competing anchors. Now, Today Show co-host Jenna Bush Hager is exposing the truth on who has the “biggest” head out of all the cast. So, who is it, and why has she pinpointed this person? Keep reading for all of the details.
Who Has The ‘Biggest’ Head?
So many people make up the Today Show, and they all seem to get along relatively well. In fact, they have created a family who are there for each other through thick and thin. When Sheinelle Jones’ late husband was diagnosed with cancer, all of the hosts rallied for her and her three kids. The same applied to Savannah Guthrie when her mother, Nancy, 84, went missing. So, are egos really a thing amongst the anchors? According to Jenna Bush Hager, one has a particularly big head, and she is calling them out.
As it turns out, when she said “biggest” head, she was referring to actual size and not ego. Sheinelle Jones, who co-hosts Today alongside Jenna, was absent, so Willie Geist filled in. He was sharing details from his recent Ireland trip, where he spent St. Patrick’s Day. While there, Willie opted to buy some tourist gear, which included a tweed newsboy cap. He noted it was not something that he bought lightly:
“Christina, my wife, there, approved it. I knew I would hear from our children about it. They were, kind of, a hard ‘no.’ But, I’m like, ‘How often are you in Dublin on St. Patrick’s Day? I’m gonna lean in.’ A lot of the other guys were wearing them, and I went with it.”
However, the biggest shocker was that it fit and that they had one in his size. Willie Geist admitted that he has a very large head, something his wife knows about him. Moreover, Jenna Bush Hager was not shy to point this fact out. She added that he has the “biggest” head, followed by herself. Hoda Kotb received an honorable mention, but Willie stated that she is out of his “league.”
All In Good Fun
The best part about Willie Geist joining Jenna Bush Hager on Today was that it was all in good fun. He had co-hosted the most with Jenna during the time that she did not have a permanent co-host, and viewers seemed to really take to him. However, they did like Sheinelle Jones, but were unsure if she would want the job amid her husband’s passing. After Willie co-hosted on March 31st and shared his Dublin story, fans loved having him there:
