Seeking Sister Wife fans are desperate for the hit TLC reality series to return for a Season 7. Yet, they believe that the delay or possible cancellation has to do with Dannielle and Garrick Merrifield. Dannielle & Garrick Merrifield Ruined The Show
For five seasons, viewers have tuned into the adventures of various polygamous couples on Seeking Sister Wife. They are looking to add a wife or more to their family, but it is immensely hard. In the early seasons, Ashley and Dimitri Snowden were introduced, and in Season 2, they married Vanessa Cobbs. Yet she left them, and they went on to court two more women. One of them was Christeline Petersen, who legally married Dimitri, whom she accused of abuse. However, the show went on, and the Merrifields gained attention and popularity.
They had two fiancées before marrying their third Brazilian pursuit, Lorrana. She moved to Colorado, had a baby with them, and then they seemingly held her captive, with Lorrana fearing for her life. Garrick was also arrested for domestic violence, but nothing came of it. Now, she has a GoFundMe set up, hoping that she can reclaim her life away from the Merrifields. Amid all of this drama, the show has yet to be renewed for Season 7. This has fans wondering if they are the reason why, but if the Snowdens did not take it down, how could the Merrifields?
The Snowdens were under fire, but Seeking Sister Wife continued on for three more seasons after they left. With that being said, why can’t the show keep going with other fan favorites like the Davises?

- I’m dying for more of that family with the giant bed and adorable kids. He’s a total edge lord but the family still seems so sweet. I’d watch a show about them but producers would ruin their lives for content.
Bring It Back
The Davis family is comprised of Nick, April, and Jennifer. They had welcomed in Danielle, who married into the throuple, but ended up leaving. Seeking Sister Wife viewers were questioning them as they shared one big bed and the women married each other. Moreover, the women worked and cooked while Nick stayed at home, so the dynamic was off. However, it was clear that they were very invested in finding real love and connections. Seeing more of them would be worth bringing the series back. Still, Garrick and Dannielle Merrifield may have taken away everyone’s chances:

I love those totally authentic weird people. They actually seem to make it work relatively well. My favorite family on the show.
- I’d bet the Merrifields ruined that for everyone. GarrICK is a low life.
- I bet if they have already filmed it, they’re editing the Merrifield’s out due to Garrick’s ongoing DV charges for what he’s done to Lorrana.
