We’re still wrapping up the First Round of the NBA Playoffs, and while most of the 16 teams have already either been eliminated or moved to the Second Round stage of the bracket, three of the initial eight playoff series have progressed to thrilling seventh and final games.

The first of these, between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics, arrives Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. The second, between the Orlando Magic and the Detroit Pistons, arrives Sunday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. ET. And the final Game 7 of the First Round, which is also the final game of the First Round, arrives Sunday night on NBC and Peacock, as the Toronto Raptors head to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers one last time.

How to watch Toronto Raptors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers Game 7?

James Harden of the Cleveland Cavaliers dribbles the ball against Ryan Rollins of the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Raptors and the Cavaliers will tip off their final game of this First Round series, a win-or-go-home showdown at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, at 7:30 p.m. ET on Sunday night. The game airs live on NBC and streams simultaneously on Peacock, and marks the second Game 7 NBC Sports has hosted of the 2026 Playoffs so far.

NBC Sports’ Mike Tirico (play-by-play), Reggie Miller, Jamal Crawford (analysts), and Zora Stephenson (courtside reporter) will call the Raptors-Cavaliers game. Be sure to tune in early to Peacock for NBA Showtime, the streamer’s exclusive pregame show.

What to expect from Raptors vs. Cavaliers Game 7

Brandon Ingram of the Toronto Raptors shoots a free throw during the game against the Brooklyn Nets.

This series has been all about home court advantage. Cleveland’s won every game played in Cleveland, and Toronto’s won every game played in Toronto. That means the Cavs finishing as the fourth seed while the Raptors got the fifth seed spot could be the deciding factor here, as the higher seed gets to close out the series with a home game. If they want to win, Toronto has to do it on the road, which has been tough for them this series. Add in the fact that the Raptors won Game 6 by two points thanks to a precarious three-pointer from RJ Barrett in the finals seconds of overtime, and it feels like Cleveland is poised to come roaring back.

The Cavs are the clear favorite this time out, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. They lost Game 6 because they turned the ball over 18 times to Toronto’s 15 (including 4 turnovers from James Harden alone), and because they shot less efficiently than the Raptors from the field. There were a lot of looks that Cleveland could’ve tightened up last game. If they can clean up that side of their play, they could have this one in the bag. Then again, there’s a chance that Raptors leading scorer Brandon Ingram could be back from injury for Game 7, so we could have another thriller on our hands.
