What’s Next for Kelly Clarkson After Her Talk Show?

The Kelly Clarkson Show will end its seven-season run later this year, and it begs the question of what’s next for the host of the Daytime Emmy-winning talk show.

Pop music icon and host Kelly Clarkson addressed this topic herself in the show’s February 2 announcement that revealed that Season 7 would be its last, with new episodes airing through the fall of 2026.

What will Kelly Clarkson do after her talk show ends?

“This isn’t goodbye. I’ll still be making music, playing shows here and there and you may catch me on The Voice from time to time,” Clarkson said in a statement on February 2, 2026. “You never know where I might show up next. But for now, I want to thank y’all so much for allowing our show to be a part of your lives, and for believing in us and hanging with us for seven incredible years.”

Clarkson currently has a concert scheduled for March 14 in Houston, Texas, before continuing her Las Vegas residency starting on July 17.

As a mother of two children (daughter River, 11, and son Remy, 9), Clarkson stressed that wrapping up her time on The Kelly Clarkson Show will allow her to spend more time with her family.

“Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives,” she explained.

The newest season of The Voice premieres on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 9/8c on NBC, kicking things off with — as always — the Blind Auditions. After that, new episodes will drop on Monday nights at 9/8c, and be available to stream the next day, exclusively on Peacock.
