Fans of Farmer Wants a Wife were recently saw Chelsi Davis win over Matt Warren by the end of the third season. Since then, fans have been following the couple on social media, wondering what will happen next. On social media, Warren himself even shared a big update between the two.
Matt Warren & Chelsi Davis Got Together On The Third Season Of Farmer Wants A Wife
The series, a remake of the British series of the same name, originally featured a bachelor farmer choosing a partner among various city women. Originally airing on The CW, the series was later revived on Fox.
Back in March, Farmer Wants a Wife released its third season. This time, viewers saw four farmers court eight women each.
One of the farmers introduced this season was Matt Warren, an avocado and exotic fruit farmer from Morro Bay, California. By the end of the season, Chelsi Davis ended up winning Matt over.
On social media, Matt recently shared a bit of an update between the two of them. Matt and Chelsi could be seen at a concert together, with Davis resting her head on Warren’s shoulder. All the while, Cody Johnson’s “The Painter” could be heard playing in the background.
Back in June, following the season’s finale, Matt and Chelsi spoke about their relationship with People. At the time, they highlighted what it was like being part of a long-distance relationship.
At the time, Warren noted, “We’re not together all the time, but the time we have been able to spend with each other has been great, which we try to do as much as possible. The distance has been a little bit challenging, obviously, to spend more time together.”

For her part, Davis felt that the situation was so “surreal.” She continued that, “Winning was incredible, but I think even the best part was finding someone that I connect with. I think me and Matt both connect really well together.”
“We’ve been so busy with all the show stuff and PR, but I think we’re both just excited for a little bit of a slowdown and getting to spend time together off-camera and offline, and all of that.”
At the time, Chelsi discussed plans to move to Matt’s California farm, saying they would test the waters with summer trips. She noted, “I’m very excited to get to spend the summer with him. I don’t know that I’ll be moving to California any time soon, but I’ll definitely be visiting.”
For his part, Matt also shared plans for the future. He noted he’s “always known I wanted to be married and start a family and all that, so it’s really not necessarily about the specific timeline, more so just making sure it’s the right person.” That said, he also noted things didn’t need to be “rushed.”
A few days later, Matt shared a carousel post on Instagram of him and Chelsi together. The two could be seen enjoying each other’s company through various events, from dancing together to both being dressed up to the nines.
As a caption, Warren wrote, “Wasn’t a game show but I still got the prize.” One of the top comments also came from Chelsi, who wrote, “I think I’m just as shocked by this post as y’all are!!”
