Kim Kardashian gets a lot of hate for how she parents. But recently, after learning how many nannies she has caring for her kids, she’s facing even more scrutiny. Keep reading to find out what’s going on and what people are saying about it.
Kim Kardashian’s Group Of Nannies
As previously reported, Kim Kardashian has no shortage of nannies. The reality TV star shares four children with her ex-husband, Kanye West. Instead of taking care of all of them herself, like many celebrities, she has nannies to help. However, she has more nannies than some may expect. The star has recently revealed that she has five nannies for her four children. This means she has more nannies than she does kids.
Her logic behind it makes sense, though. She doesn’t always use all five nannies at the same time. Instead, she usually has one on reserve while the others do the work. That way, she always has a backup.
Despite having so many nannies, she still sees herself as a hands-on parent, noting she even lets her children sleep in her bed when they need to.
“I think I am an intermediate-strict parent.” She continues, explaining, “I’m extremely patient and loving. I still have a kid sleep in my bed when they want. I read books with the kids every night.”
Fans Are Not Impressed
Of course, most people don’t have enough money for one nanny, let alone five. So, it’s no shock that Yahoo! reports fans are less than impressed by Kim’s lack of parenting. One person even asks why have kids if you aren’t going to raise them?
- “Why have kids if you’re going to have other people raise them? She doesn’t have to work like most of us, she’s very fortunate to have all the money in the world yet chooses to be away all the time.”
Others call her out for being absent and not loving her children. She even gets accused of using them as photo ops.
- “5 Nannies = Absentee parent,”
- “Ofc she has 5 nannies because it’s clear she’s not interested in raising them or loving them.”
- “Has she been a parent at all?”
- “She just takes them out for photo ops.”
Only time will tell if Kim decides to speak out on this matter any further. However, she’s very used to hate at this point, so she’s probably learned to ignore those who criticize her parenting.
