As Pink began her week of guest-hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show, she was joined on stage by a very special guest — her 14-year-old daughter Willow Sage Hart.
On March 2, the Grammy-winning pop star and mom of two surprised audiences when she sang a stunning duet with her talented daughter. Aptly taking place at the beginning of Women’s History Month, Pink is set to “highlight the show’s dedication to celebrating women who inspire change, break barriers, and uplift one another” as she steps in for Kelly Clarkson during the final season of her NBC talk show.

Pink’s week on The Kelly Clarkson Show will also feature “candid conversations with trailblazers in entertainment” along with “surprise performances.” And she’s already delivered on that promise on her very first day at Studio 6A inside Rockefeller Center.
Pink and her daughter Willow sang together on The Kelly Clarkson Show
Willow beautifully kicked off the mother-daughter duo’s duet of “Hopeless War” from the Tony-winning Broadway musical The Outsiders, a stage adaptation of S.E. Hinton’s 1967 coming-of-age novel of the same name. After Willow delivered the first few lyrics, Pink joined her 14-year-old daughter as the two sang together in stunning harmony.
As Willow sang the final lyrics of the moving song, Pink beamed with joy as the proudest mama, clapping and grabbing her daughter’s hand as they walked together towards the in-studio audience, who gave them a standing ovation. After giving Willow a big hug, Pink then playfully pushed her daughter out of the way to take in the applause.
“Welcome to The Kelly Clarkson Show. I am your host Alecia Moore, or Pink, or mama,” the Grammy winner told the crowd, referring to her real name. “It is great to have Willow here for my first day as a guest host on the show.”

Both audiences in the studio and watching at home were blown away by the performance. “This mother-daughter duet was absolutely beautiful,” one fan commented on a video of the duet on YouTube, while another added, “Of course Pink sounds incredible, she’s one of the best vocalists of all time, but holy s—! Willow is such an incredible singer in her own right!”
Another person wrote: “Literal tears running down my face! The talent runs deep, and she is going to be one of the next big artists!”

Pink shared why her family relocated to NYC on The Kelly Clarkson Show
During her introduction on the variety talk show, Pink shared with the audience that her family moved to New York City, where The Kelly Clarkson Show is filmed, so that Willow could be more immersed in the world of theater.
“We actually moved here because I’m an amazing mom,” Pink laughed, playfully getting her daughter’s confirmation. “And also so Willow could study theater and experience more Broadway.”
“Thank you for letting me sing with you,” Pink sweetly told Willow on stage, who returned her gratitude for being able to share the stage with her mom.

Later on in the episode, Willow got to meet a number of Broadway stars, including Darren Criss, and gushed about her love of musical theater. It’s a passion Pink is more than happy to support.
“I think we’ve established Willow’s love of Broadway, yes? But let me give you some stats,” Pink told the audience, going on to list the many shows her daughter has seen. According to Willow, there are “too many to count.”
“I love being your mom, you know that, I tell you that every day ’cause I’m annoying,” Pink added, making Willow smile. “But I also love fostering your passions and I like that you’ve found your own lane.”
