President Donald Trump has just offered whatever resources are necessary to Savannah Guthrie and her family. Her mother, Nancy Guthrie, still remains missing after last being seen on January 31st. President Donald Trump Offers Resources To Savannah Guthrie
It is known that President Donald Trump is very picky regarding newscasters. He allegedly only favors those who are like-minded and give him the press that paints him in a good light. However, when he learned that Today Show co-host Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, was missing, he jumped into action. Nancy, 84, was last seen on January 31st, 2026, and was reported missing on February 1st when she was absent from church. Since then, her family and the authorities have been searching for her, pleading for her safe return.
Her Arizona home has become a crime scene, and it is a race against the clock. If Nancy is without her medications for too long, she could die. However, President Donald Trump does not want to see that happen and has offered his assistance. Although the FBI is a part of the search to find Nancy, the president was asked about sending additional help on Tuesday, February 3rd. To that, he said he knew all about what was happening with Savannah’s mother and felt it was quite strange. Regardless, he really liked the Today Show co-host and was going to call her later in the day.

President Trump would consider sending out more federal aid if that was what was needed. However, time will tell what the next steps are in this case. An alleged ransom note was sent to TMZ and another outlet. They are being looked into and are not being taken lightly. Helicopters have been repeatedly flying over Nancy’s home, although it is unclear what they are looking for or hoping to find.
Nancy Disliked Trump
As seen from Nancy Guthrie’s Facebook posts, she did not care for the current administration. She made her feelings very clear repeatedly. However, that does not seem to matter to President Trump as he wants to help Savannah Guthrie and her family. After followers saw that he offered to help, they were thrilled and felt it was really kind of him. Moreover, they hoped that Nancy would be found safely and return home soon.
